PURCHASING PROCESS

  1. Please carefully choose a puppy that best suits you and/or your family. Please research the general personality of each breed you are interested. Each breed and each puppy has their own distinctive personality.
  2. If you have any questions or to make a purchase, please contact PRIOR to purchase us at +1 (720) 432-9669 via WhatsApp, or Text. For customers outside of United States, please use the number +1 (720) 432-9669
  3. Once the payment has been verified by our sales team, we will reserve the puppy under the purchaser’s name. The verification must be done within 2 hours.
  4. If a deposit was made, the remaining balance becomes due in seven (7) calendar days. If the remaining balance is not made, the puppy will become available to other customers and the deposit will be forfeited.
  5. We update pictures every 30 days OR 1 week prior to travel date.
  6. Once all payments are made, you will be contacted by our booking department a week before the expected date of delivery. If you do not hear 7 days prior to the departure date, please contact our booking team via WhatsApp or text at +1 (720) 432-9669
  7. A health guarantee along with a care guide will be sent to your email prior to the arrival of the puppy. This must be signed or forfeited BEFORE the puppy can be delivered.
  8. IF the cancellation takes place. If the flight has been booked, the booking fee will not be reimbursed.
  9. Please make sure to submit the order with an accurate billing and shipping information. Please include country code as well if ordering from outside of United States.
  10. We use information provided with the order for the contact and draft of the final health guarantee.
  11. In case billing and shipping information is different, the person paying for the order is considered the rightful owner, not the receiver.
  12. Please do NOT use PO BOX as an address. Physical address must be provided in order to book the flight.
